"Erdene Resources Development Corporation" JSC held its regular meeting of shareholders on June 22, 2023 in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. At the meeting, the company appointed an executive of the primary Mongolian subsidiary, “Erdene Mongol” JSC (“Erdene Mongol").

Additionally, Erdene Mongol JSC has appointed Bilguun Ankhbayar as Chief Executive Officer and Jon M. L. Lyons as Chief Development Officer.
