By resolution No. 2 dated January 16, 2025 by the Board of Directors, J. Tsogtbayar has been relieved from his duties as the Acting Executive Director and B. Dulgoon has been appointed in his place.

According to the Resolution No. 329 of the Chairman of the Financial Regulatory Commission dated June 19, 2023, Order No. A/117 of the Chief Executive Director of "Mongolian Stock Exchange" JSC dated July 20, 2023, the legal name of "Blackstone International UTsK" LLC, a member brokerage company of Mongolian Stock Exchange, was changed to “Mazaalai Capital Partners UTsK” LLC.
