By resolution No. 41 of the Board of Directors of the MSE dated September 13, 2024, “Gerelt Assemour Capital UTsK" LLC was excluded from the membership list of the MSE.
The bank announced it will repurchase 2,300,000 shares at 760 MNT each, worth 1,748,000,000 MNT, from total issued shares.
According to order No.495 of the Chairman of the Financial Regulatory Commission dated November 17, 2023, and the order No. A/299 of the CEO of the "Mongolian Stock Exchange" JSC dated November 30, 2023, the legal name of “Zerged UTsK”, a member of the Mongolian Stock Exchange, was changed to "Netsec UTsK" LLC.
