According to Resolution No. 02 of the Board of Directors of "Takhi Ko" JSC dated January 18, 2024, it was decided to distribute a dividend of 108 MNT per share, a total of 128,291,364 MNT to shareholders from the net profit of 2023.

The registration date for the list of shareholders entitled to receive dividends shall be determined by the registration date of the company's 2024 annual shareholders meeting.

It has been decided to place the dividends to the shareholders' accounts through "Securities Central Savings Center" LLC by May 1, 2024.
