According to resolution No. 25 dated April 05, 2024, the Board of Directors of "Trade Development Bank" JSC decided to distribute dividends from the company’s net profit for 2023 to all the shareholders.

The company will distribute 1,033 MNT per share as a dividend.

The registration date for the list of shareholders eligible to receive dividends has been set as the registration date of the regular shareholders’ meeting, and dividend payments will be transferred to the shareholders' accounts through "Mongolian Central Securities Depository" LLC within 5 days following the date of approval from the regulatory organization.
