THE PRINCE MICHAEL OF KENT VISITED TO THE MONGOLIAN STOCK EXCHANGE

In response to the invitation by the Prime Minister of Mongolia S.Batbold, Prince Michael of Kent has arrived in Ulaanbaatar on April 14, 2012. He is a cousin of Queen Elizabeth II. Prince Michael carries out royal duties representing the Queen at some functions in Commonwealth realms outside of the United Kingdom. On the scope of his visit, his highness the Prince Michael is to be received by the Prime and some Ministers of Mongolia to exchange opinions on mutual relations and cooperation in particularly in the fields of trade investment and economy sectors.

 On Monday, April 16, 2012 the Prince visited the Mongolian Stock Exchange and ringed the opening bell, and hold a meeting with related officials. CEO of MSE Kh.Altai, Head of FRC D.Bayarsaihan, Deputy Director of FRC B.Daajamba, CEO of SCHCD T.Gandulam and delegates from other related organizations participated in the meeting. Prince Michael’s visit to Mongolia is to be concluded in four days. The Chairman of the Mongolian British Chamber of Commerce (MBCC) Mr. John Grogan and representatives of UK’s major companies in banking, finance, real estate and education sectors are accompanying the Prince Michael.
