By resolution No. 41 of the Board of Directors of the MSE dated September 13, 2024, “Gerelt Assemour Capital UTsK" LLC was excluded from the membership list of the MSE.
The bank announced it will repurchase 2,300,000 shares at 760 MNT each, worth 1,748,000,000 MNT, from total issued shares.
According to the Resolution No.: 02 of Board of Directors meeting of “Hermes Center” JSC, dated 31 January 2017, “Hermes Center” JSC announced to distribute MNT320.0 million as a dividend, which is 98.9 percent of total profit of MNT323.6 million for the first half year of 2016. The rest of MNT3.6 million will be used for company’s salary, bonus and reserve fund.
