By resolution No. 41 of the Board of Directors of the MSE dated September 13, 2024, “Gerelt Assemour Capital UTsK" LLC was excluded from the membership list of the MSE.
The bank announced it will repurchase 2,300,000 shares at 760 MNT each, worth 1,748,000,000 MNT, from total issued shares.
According to the Clause No.: 8.10.11 of Charter of MSE, the Clause No.: 18.3 of ‘Listing Rules’, the Resolution No.: 21/4 of Shareholders meeting of ‘E-Monie’ JSC, dated on April 30, 2021, official request No.: 21/39, dated on June 07, 2021 and the Order No.: A/44 of CEO of MSE, name of ‘E-Monie’ JSC changed to ‘Tengerleague Media Group’ JSC.
